Consultation and Specification

Anew are fundamentally an interiors dealership. We seek to understand our clients and provide the very best proposal, no matter the project. Anew have forged enviable relationships with global manufacturing partners and are not tied to any one supplier, thus demonstrating our true unbiased independence.

IT and AV

Integration

There's no escaping that most commercial interiors now benefit from 'plug and play', making even a hotel lobby an opportunity for work. It's important to integrate these ideas in to the early consultation process, to identify appropriate areas where it makes sense to weave in technology and power.

Warehousing and

Relocation Management

Moving between locations or even within the same building can be logistically complex and potentially disruptive. 

We assist in dismantling and re-assembly of furniture, removals, relocation of specialist IT equipment, asset tracking, storage warehousing and ethical disposal.

Furniture Inventory and Storage Audits

During a reconfiguration or move, we understand it's important for our clients to understand what items within their current space can be re-used.

Not everything has to be new. There’s huge value in rethinking how existing assets can be integrated into new designs.

Project Management

There will be a single point of contact right the way through from point of order to successful handover. This contact will advise on initial site surveys, will ensure full liaison with the contractor, oversee and coordinate the installation and manage any snag resolution.

Ergonomics and Occupational Health

We encourage our clients to adopt new working practices that improve the wellbeing of the occupants of any given project. Considering the increasing evidence of the health issues connected with spending many hours seated, we can adapt any environment to be sensitive to users over prolonged periods of time. 

Design and

Space Planning

Whilst Anew would prefer to work alongside external designers, we have the ability to lead on furniture-only projects, spaceplanning and creating moodboards to communicate the overall scheme. We can also help to detail bespoke joinery and dressing packages to really set off the feel of the space.

Rental and Finance

Leasing

Furniture assets are ideal for leasing, relocatable and easily valued. For many businesses it makes more sense to lease rather than buy for cash flow or tax reasons.

Training and Aftercare

Anew will provide O+M manuals for correct maintenance of your new furniture.

We can also be on hand to provide ongoing training such as how to use your new workstation correctly and how to maximise the benefit of any new technology.
